Venturing to a darker part of the seafloor, Hatchan finds a Sea Boar desperately fleeing the jaws of a Sea King. Short Summary[] Miss Doublefinger is attacking Nami, who is desperately trying to learn how to use her new weapon. Long Summary[] Miss Doublefinger uses her Double Stinger attack on Nami, who is desperately trying to escape from her. Miss Doublefinger tells Nami that it's pointless, and that she should allow her to grant her a slow and painless death, unless Nami wants to continue with her "magic show". Resolving to keep trying her attacks to find one that actually works, Nami puts her bo-staff into a Y-shape and tries to use "Thunder Tempo", but a boxing glove appears out of it, which Miss Doublefinger easily smacks aside and cuts Nami on her cheek. Nami, thinking in her head that if she dies she will curse Usopp for creating a useless weapon, tries going through the instructions again, only to notice something. Miss Doublefinger is then seen standing upside down under a platform, using her spikes, and chases Nami into a building with her Stinger Hedgehog attack. Nami then intelligently uses her cloth to direct the pursuing Miss Doublefinger elsewhere while she escapes, prompting the Baroque Works agent to praise her, realizing she's not a complete novice at fighting. Hiding behind a pile of crates, Nami goes over the instructions again, to find that the list of "attacks" she were using were only for parties and entertainment, and for the attacks effective in battle, she should flip to the other side. When Miss Doublefinger begins to look for Nami, Nami confronts her, proclaiming she should not be treated like a little girl. The basic directions of the combat-type of the Clima-Tact are shown, with each piece of the bo-staff able to shoot out special bubbles, the Heat Ball for heating, Cool Ball for cooling, and the Thunder Ball for a small electrical shock. As Nami runs to escape Miss Doublefinger's Sewing Stinger, she tries to find something to effectively use. Miss Doublefinger catches up to Nami, piercing her in the leg. Before she can finish off Nami, Nami desperately throws her staff at Miss Doublefinger, using Cyclone Tempo, which, to the shock of both, creates a strong gust of wind that knocks Miss Doublefinger back into a pile of crates, while it flings itself back into Nami's hand. Nami figures out the basis of the attack, using Heat and Cool balls to create a strong air current, praising Usopp for creating an amazing weapon that he apparently doesn't seem to understand, calling the attack a party trick. Reading on, Nami finds the ultimate attack of the Clima-Tact, the Tornado Tempo, which any human could not get back up from, however Usopp explains that it is a hit-or-miss last resort technique. Back up, Miss Doublefinger stabs Nami through the head and chest, telling her not to look away while fighting. To Miss Doublefinger's surprise, Nami "disappeared" and re-appeared right next to her, creating the Mirage Tempo with Cool Balls. Claiming she now fully understands the Clima-Tact, Nami shouts at Miss Doublefinger to surrender while she still can. Quick Reference[] Chapter Notes[] Nami finally learns how to use the Clima-Tact. Usopp had created two separate lists for the usage of the Clima-Tact, one for combat purposes, and one for party uses and entertainment much to Nami's annoyance. The Clima-Tact is revealed to be based off of three types of special bubbles The Heat Ball, Cool Ball, and Thunder Ball. Using Heat and Cool balls to create a strong air current, Nami creates the Cyclone Tempo. Using Cool balls to change the air density in Arabasta's humid environment, Nami creates the Mirage Tempo. The Last Hope of Escaping" is the 191st episode of the One Piece anime. Short Summary[] Nami finds a way to get to Enel by cutting down Giant Jack. Wyper finds out from Nico Robin that Mont Blanc Noland has a descendant that is searching for the Gold City, and that's the reason why Luffy wants to ring the Golden Bell. Long Summary[] Enel, being the first one to come across the great Belfry, calls it magnificent even though it is covered in vines and slightly tilted. Meanwhile Luffy, is trying to climb the vine but slips. Nami tries to convince him that he can't make it. Determined, Luffy takes Nami's waver and drives it up the bean stalk. Luffy falls but his will doesn't waver. Down where the others are, they get a message written on a leaf telling them to cut down the beanstalk from the west. The people from Skypiea tremble in fear as they look up at the ark surrounded in clouds. It focuses on Enel where he is talking to himself about destroying the land with Raigou so he can set out for the Fairy Vearth. Robin, Usopp, Gan Fall, and Zoro look in wonder at the thunderclouds Enel has created that are even bigger than the last one, doubting that they will get off the island in time. Then Nami, staring at the thunderclouds with Luffy, decides she won't leave because Luffy can't steer the waver. Usopp explains their plan as if it's crazy. Lightning strikes where they are and Wyper gets Aisa out of the way just in time. Usopp grabs Sanji with the help of Robin and they run before the next bolt hits them. Zoro then makes the decision that they should get away from the beanstalk in which everyone agrees non-verbally. When they are on the vearth, Zoro runs towards the beanstalk dodging bolts while the others wonder if he will make it. Being Zoro, he makes it and slices one part of the beanstalk down with one sword. Unfortunately, he gets struck down with lightning before he can cut the other part leaving both parts still standing. Wyper complains about them getting in the way and protests that he, not Luffy, should ring the bell because it is the Great Warrior's will. Usopp decides that with his powers he can knock down the rest of the bean stalk and tells Robin to look after their fallen comrades. Robin then tells Wyper the story of Noland and the reason Luffy wants to ring the bell. Wyper starts to cry and asks for the descendant and the ancestor's name. Nola, the snake tries to help topple it down, but it doesn't work. Then Wyper, pushing Usopp aside starts to climb the beanstalk, then uses his Reject Dial on the beanstalk. Luffy and Nami use full speed on the falling beanstalk to get to the Ark. Wyper is still alive, Usopp and Aisa cheer Luffy and Nami on. Enel launches lightning at the two on the waver, they dodge it, and he starts to laugh. Shooting random shots of lightning at the ground.
